Cherie Phoenix
Cherie Phoenix, of Thousand Oaks, was appointed to the State Independent Living Council on February 20, 2008. She is a member of the Traumatice Brain Injury Advisory Board and previously served as the Executive Director of the Brain Injury Center in Ventura County.
